My esteemed Canadian colleague, Bruce Cowper, has created a wonderful resource for anyone curious about making .ISO images from CDs, or creating bootable CDs from them. Or taking bootable floppy disks and creating bootable virtual floppy disk (.VFD) files for use with Microsoft Virtual PC 2004 or Microsoft Virtual Server 2005.
