Way back when, someone very wise told me, “Kevin, you should seriously think about getting into computers.” I had been hacking around with a music sequencing program on my Dad’s Apple ][+, and from them minute he said that to me, it stuck in the back of my mind; and ultimately determined the course of my professional life.
This video (put out by Code.org) absolutely hits the nail on the head. I hope that many kids, and really anyone looking for an inspiration to their next professional career direction, will see this and consider investigating software development.
