Wish I had been able to attend this webcast.  While earlier the Problem Reports and Solutions tool worked marvelously now for some unbeknownst reason it is "busted".  Can you give me a pointer?  How to make it all better?  Where do I start to fix this one?  Been down the Group Policy route already and that isn’t the issue.  Been down the Services route and the service is running.  Any other ideas?
